These Terms of Service govern your use of Luminarium Pro, published by Softbyte Technologies. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Luminarium Pro on Mac computers you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's Mac App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the app except as permitted by applicable law.
Purchases and refunds
Luminarium Pro is sold through the Mac App Store. All payments, subscriptions, trials, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms and policies. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Luminarium Pro only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You may not use the app to interfere with system security, violate third-party rights, or misuse display hardware beyond its intended operating parameters.
Disclaimer of warranties
Luminarium Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Display boosting results may vary by device, settings, and ambient conditions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softbyte Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app or this website.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Luminarium Pro after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
